Before you start to make out a contract, invite an architect and general contractor, you are going to entrust the construction. Only specialists are able to adequately assess the topography of the site intended for the construction of country cottages, to imagine the future landscape plan, evaluate geological data - because it depends on them, for example, choose a foundation.
